About the Committee:
The Website Committee is constituted to manage, maintain, and regularly update the official college website. The Committee ensures that all online content reflects the institution’s academic standards, administrative transparency, statutory compliance, and public image. The website serves as an official communication platform for students, faculty, parents, regulatory authorities, and the public.
Objectives
The primary objectives of the Website Committee are to ensure accurate, timely, and authentic dissemination of institutional information and to maintain a dynamic, user-friendly, and secure digital presence for the college. The Committee aims to uphold transparency in academic and administrative activities, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and promote the institution’s achievements, events, and academic culture through digital platforms.
Functions
The Website Committee shall perform the following functions:
- To design, update, and maintain the official college website on a regular basis.
- To upload and monitor academic information including programmes offered, syllabus, academic calendar, examination notifications, results, and regulations.
- To publish official notices, circulars, achievements, events, workshops, seminars, and celebrations conducted by the institution.
- To ensure accuracy, authenticity, and consistency of all content uploaded on the website.
- To coordinate with academic departments, committees, IQAC, NAAC, and administration for collection and verification of content.
- To ensure compliance with statutory requirements of regulatory bodies such as UGC, Bar Council of India, affiliating universities, and other authorities.
- To maintain records of website updates and ensure version control of critical documents.
- To ensure website accessibility, user-friendliness, data security, and confidentiality.
- To periodically review website content and remove outdated or irrelevant information.
- To support digital initiatives including online admissions, grievance redressal portals, feedback systems, and student services.
