At Bharath Institute of Law, we are committed to integrating technology into legal education to equip our students with the necessary digital skills required in today’s fast-evolving legal landscape. Our ICT infrastructure supports teaching, research, and learning in a highly interactive and technology-driven environment.

Computer Lab Facility
  • The institution houses a dedicated Computer Lab with more than 24 modern computers.
  • All systems are equipped with the latest configuration and updated legal research software and tools.
  • The lab is supported by high-speed internet connectivity (100 Mbps and above), ensuring seamless access to online legal databases, e-journals, e-books, and other digital resources.
Wi-Fi Enabled Campus

The entire law block is Wi-Fi enabled, providing students and faculty access to online resources through their personal devices anytime, anywhere on campus.

Legal Databases & E-Resources

The ICT Centre provides access to a wide range of national and international online legal databases, including:

  • SCC Online
  • LexisNexis
  • CDJ
  • AIR

These resources are available for research, case law reference, legal drafting, and academic writing.

Smart Classrooms

Select classrooms are ICT-enabled with projectors, audio-visual aids, and digital podiums to facilitate modern pedagogical methods, such as multimedia presentations, virtual legal discussions, and online guest lectures.

E-Learning Support

The institution encourages the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms such as Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams to promote blended learning.

Printing and Scanning Facilities

The Computer Lab also offers printing, scanning, and photocopying services for students and faculty to assist in their academic and research activities.

Technical Assistance

A dedicated team of technical support staff ensures smooth functioning and regular maintenance of all ICT facilities.

Bharath Institute of Law is committed to integrating technology into teaching, learning, and research by adopting various ICT (Information and Communication Technology) initiatives launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. 1. SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds)

A Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform that offers free online courses on various disciplines, including Law, Social Sciences, and Management. Faculty and students are encouraged to enroll in SWAYAM courses to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

2. SWAYAM PRABHA

An initiative offering 34 DTH channels telecasting high-quality educational content round the clock. The platform supports students from remote areas by providing legal education content and general awareness programs.

3. National Digital Library of India (NDLI)

A rich repository containing more than 4 crore learning resources including books, journals, articles, and theses across disciplines, accessible by law students and researchers for case law studies, legal commentaries, and comparative legal research.
