The Placement Committee at Bharath Institute of Law is dedicated to creating pathways for students to connect with leading institutions, organizations, and firms. By offering structured internships and career guidance, the committee ensures that every student gains hands-on experience and practical exposure to the legal profession before stepping into their careers.
Objectives
- To facilitate internship and placement opportunities with reputed institutions and firms.
- To provide students with real-time exposure to diverse areas of law.
- To build professional skills and industry readiness.
- To foster strong networks with government bodies, human rights institutions, and leading law firms.
- To ensure students are well-prepared for careers in litigation, corporate practice, NGOs, and government service.
Functions and Activities
- Organizing internships ranging from 15 days to 1 month, based on organizational requirements.
- Placing students with government bodies, statutory commissions, and reputed firms.
- Conducting pre-placement training sessions to develop communication, research, and interview skills.
- Arranging career guidance programs with industry professionals and alumni.
- Coordinating with organizations to provide structured internship certificates and recognition for student contributions.
