Founded in 1984 under the Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust, BIHER has grown from being Tamil Nadu’s first self-financing engineering college into one of India’s most respected multi-disciplinary institutions. With a strong foundation built on academic excellence and a commitment to social responsibility, BIHER today stands as a beacon of higher education with over 18,000 students, four campuses, and global recognition.
