Infrastructure Committee

The Infrastructure Committee is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of the college’s physical and technological resources. The committee ensures that all facilities, classrooms, laboratories, and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to teaching, learning, and research activities.
Objectives:
- To ensure proper planning, maintenance, and enhancement of college infrastructure.
- To provide a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- To oversee the optimal utilization of college facilities and resources.
- To implement new infrastructural projects in alignment with the college’s growth and academic goals.
- To monitor and evaluate the quality and sustainability of existing infrastructure.
Functions
- Planning, monitoring, and maintaining classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and administrative offices.
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of all campus facilities.
- Coordinating repair, renovation, and expansion projects within the college premises.
- Evaluating the need for new facilities, equipment, or technological upgrades.
- Supervising the proper use of infrastructure by students, faculty, and staff.
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers for infrastructure-related works.
- Conducting periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
