Students Visit Alandur Sub Court Complex

Bharath Institute of Law is proud to announce the successful completion of the Court Visit Programme undertaken by the students of LL.B (Hons.), “A” Section, who visited the Alandur Sub Court Complex as part of their academic curriculum. A total of 45 students participated in this educational visit, which aimed to provide practical exposure to judicial proceedings and enhance their understanding of courtroom practices.

The visit was meticulously coordinated by Mr. Vignesh, Mrs. Bhuvaneshwari and Mr. Joe Sujai, each supervising a group of 15 students to ensure a well-structured and interactive learning experience.

During the visit, students observed proceedings at the Subordinate Judge Court, Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), and Principal District Munsiff Court. They gained firsthand insight into various stages of trial, court decorum, and procedural aspects of the judicial system.

As part of the interactive session, the Subordinate Judge addressed the students and shared valuable perspectives on the functioning of courts and the role of technology in justice administration, with special emphasis on the E-Courts App.

This programme exemplifies Bharath Institute of Law’s commitment to experiential learning and holistic legal education.
