Bharath Institute of Law, BIHER, is proud to announce the successful organization of a Court Visit Programme for the students of II Year LL.B (Hons.), “B” Section on 27th October 2025 (Monday). A total of 46 students, accompanied by Mrs. M. Remyapradosh, Mr.Ahmad Kabeer, and Mr. Aroon, faculty members of the institution, visited the Tambaram Combined Court Building as part of their academic curriculum.
The objective of the visit was to provide students with firsthand exposure to court proceedings and to deepen their understanding of the judicial system beyond classroom learning. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe civil and criminal trials across different court halls. They also gained practical insights into the roles and responsibilities of judicial officers, advocates, clerks, and other members of the court administration.
Through this immersive experience, students witnessed how theoretical legal principles are applied in real-life litigation, enhancing their comprehension of courtroom decorum, case presentation, and the judicial decision-making process. The visit not only broadened their academic perspective but also inspired them to develop a deeper respect for the legal profession.
Bharath Institute of Law extends its sincere gratitude to Respected Dean Sir, Prof. M. Murugadoss, for his unwavering encouragement and continuous support in facilitating such experiential learning initiatives. The institution also conveys heartfelt appreciation to Additional Registrar. Prof.Dr.Hariprakash for his valuable guidance and for making necessary arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the court visit.
The visit proved to be a highly informative and enriching experience, providing students with a meaningful opportunity to connect classroom knowledge with courtroom reality, thereby reinforcing their commitment to the pursuit of justice and professional excellence.
