The Stationery Committee is responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, distribution, and management of stationery and office supplies within the college. The committee supports academic, administrative, and event-related requirements by maintaining an adequate inventory and promoting efficient usage of resources.
Objectives:
- To ensure the availability of all essential stationery and office supplies for academic and administrative purposes.
- To maintain proper records of stationery stock, usage, and procurement.
- To promote efficient and responsible use of resources among students and staff.
- To support events, workshops, and college activities with timely supply of materials.
- To streamline the procurement process in alignment with college policies.
Functions
- Planning and coordinating the purchase of stationery and office supplies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is maintained.
- Distributing stationery to departments, staff, and students as per requirements.
- Maintaining records of all purchases, distributions, and consumptions.
- Ensuring cost-effective procurement and proper usage of materials.
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of quality supplies.
- Providing support for special events, seminars, workshops, and examinations.
