Bharath Institute of Law is proud to announce the participation of its students in the Surana & Surana and SOEL Trial Advocacy Moot Court Competition – South Rounds 2025-26, organized by the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, held from 8th to 10th August 2025. This prestigious competition focused on developing trial advocacy and procedural skills, emphasizing witness examination, framing of issues, and effective presentation before the court.

The representing team from Bharath Institute of Law comprised Ms. Nadar Renisha Goldwin (V Year B.A., LL.B (Hons.)), Mr. Hari Jaya Sai (III Year B.A., LL.B (Hons.) and Ms. Yamuna B. (III Year LL.B (Hons.)). The team demonstrated exceptional preparation, confidence, and professionalism, presenting their arguments with precision and clarity. Their participation was widely appreciated for its procedural accuracy, strategic advocacy, and understanding of evidentiary principles.

This participation reflects Bharath Institute of Law’s strong commitment to promoting practical legal training and fostering courtroom-ready advocates. The event also provided the students with valuable exposure to real-time trial procedures, enhancing their litigation and analytical abilities.
