Bharath Institute of Law proudly announces the participation of its students in MYSTICA 2026 – 1st National Level Inter-College Crime Scene Investigation Competition, conducted from 12th to 13th March 2026. The event served as a dynamic and intellectually enriching platform, bringing together law students from across the country to engage in hands-on crime scene analysis, application of forensic science, and investigative reasoning in a simulated environment that closely mirrored real-life criminal investigation processes. It provided participants with an opportunity to integrate legal knowledge with scientific methods, thereby enhancing their practical understanding of criminal justice administration.
The representing team from Bharath Institute of Law comprised Ms. Renisha Goldwin (V B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)), Mr. Dhrishith (IV B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.)), and Ms. Indhumuki (II B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)). The team displayed exceptional analytical acumen, keen observation skills, and a systematic approach in evaluating evidence, reconstructing crime scenes, and presenting well-reasoned conclusions. Their performance reflected a strong command over criminal law principles, forensic techniques, and investigative procedures. The team’s precision, coordination, and professional presentation earned appreciation and stood as a testament to their rigorous training and academic excellence.
Their active participation in this prestigious national-level event underscores Bharath Institute of Law’s continued commitment to experiential and practice-oriented legal education. Platforms such as MYSTICA play a crucial role in bridging the gap between theoretical instruction and practical application, enabling students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interdisciplinary competence essential for the evolving field of criminal law and forensic investigation.
