Bharath Institute of Law proudly announces the participation of its students in the 6th VITSOL Moot Court Competition, 2026 on Intellectual Property Laws, organized by VIT School of Law on 3rd March 2026. The competition served as a prestigious national platform for budding legal professionals to engage in intensive advocacy, research, and application of intellectual property law principles in a simulated courtroom setting.

Representing the institution, Ms. Mirthulaa (II B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)), Ms. Megavarshini (II B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)), and Ms. Loga Santhini (II B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)) demonstrated commendable enthusiasm and dedication. The team actively participated in the moot proceedings, showcasing their research skills, legal reasoning, and advocacy techniques in the specialized domain of intellectual property law.

Their participation reflected a strong foundational understanding of contemporary IP issues, including emerging legal challenges in innovation, technology, and protection of intellectual creations. The students displayed confidence and clarity in presenting arguments, responding to judicial interventions, and applying legal principles to complex problem scenarios.

This participation highlights Bharath Institute of Law’s commitment to nurturing advocacy skills and promoting experiential learning through moot court competitions. Such platforms play a crucial role in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical legal training, enabling students to develop critical thinking, articulation, and professional competence.

The institution extends its sincere gratitude to the Respected Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. R. Hariprakash, the Respected Dean, Prof. Dr. K. Murugadoss, and the Respected Associate Dean, Dr. B.
