Bharath Institute of Law proudly announces the participation of its students in the National Moot Court Competition on Environmental Law, 2025, organized by the Erode College of Law on 19th September 2025. The event provided a dynamic forum for law students to explore contemporary environmental issues and argue complex legal questions concerning climate change, pollution control, and ecological balance.
The representing team comprised Ms. R. M. Radhika, Ms. Pavithra (III Year B.A., LL.B (Hons.)), and Mr. Rakesh Bhowmick (II Year LL.B (Hons.)), who exhibited commendable advocacy, research excellence, and articulation throughout the competition. Their participation highlighted a deep understanding of environmental jurisprudence and the pressing need for sustainable legal frameworks to protect natural resources.
This active engagement underscores Bharath Institute of Law’s ongoing commitment to cultivating environmentally responsible legal professionals and encouraging participation in socially significant moot court forums. We extend heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. M. Azimathul Marshiya and Mrs. J. Gandhimathi Scanya, Members of the Moot Court Committee, for their consistent mentorship and support. The institution also expresses sincere gratitude to the Management, Dean Sir, and faculty members for their encouragement and guidance that continue to inspire our students toward academic and professional excellence.
