Bharath Institute of Law proudly announces the remarkable achievement of its students at the 8th Thiru. Isari Velan Memorial Moot Court Competition, organized by the School of Law, VISTAS, held from 12th to 14th March 2026. This prestigious competition provided a platform for budding legal professionals to showcase their research, drafting, and advocacy skills in a highly competitive environment.

The representing team from Bharath Institute of Law comprised Ms. R. M. Radhika (III Year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)), Ms. P. Anbunila (IV Year B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)), and Ms. R. Kavipriya Roy (IV Year B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)). The team delivered an outstanding performance, securing the Best Memorial Award and emerging as Quarter Finalists, ultimately achieving 4th place overall. In recognition of their excellence, they were awarded a trophy, medals, and a cash prize of ₹15,000.

The team particularly impressed the judges with the exceptional quality of their written submissions, demonstrating strong legal research, analytical depth, and clarity in argumentation, which earned them the Best Memorial Award. Their performance reflected not only their individual dedication but also their ability to work cohesively as a team under competitive conditions.
